Background

EXCEL has worked with NPRNET and SPRNET applications for eight (8) years with our on-going support of the Integrated Network Management System (INMS) at the DISA Regional Control Center. The RCC mission is to control daily operations of the Defense Information Infrastructure in the Western Hemisphere area to provide quality, responsive support to the Armed Forces and to the Department
of Defense.

EXCEL has provided direct application development support for the 554th Electronic Systems Wing, Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS) program for the USAF. EXCEL also supported the Y2K conversion, performed benchmark testing and technical integration of functionality of modules within WSMIS and has constructed software test plans, descriptions, and reports to support REALM, SAM, PRS, and RCAS development tasks under WSMIS.

EXCEL provides database administration support to enterprise server-based applications, including the EPA’s financial systems and Enforcement and Compliance applications.
