EXCEL develops and manages database-centric application systems using COTS DBMS for our clients in the public sector focusing on logistics, financial, document management, and registration subject matters. We excel in design, administration, and maintenance of these databases to initially engineered high effective and efficient performance for the systems. 	Why EXCEL

Background

EXCEL started the development of the Air Force’s Central Procurement Accounting Systems using DATACOM/DB as the central DBMS for this critical logistics and supply chain management system in 1995. EXCEL subsequently maintained, enhanced, and merged this system with Defense Finance Accounting Services (DFAS) General Accounting and Finance System (GAFS) using Oracle as the central DBMS until 2004.

EXCEL also gained extensive DBMS development and management experiences using Oracle and DATACOM/DB with other Air Force systems including Weapon System Management Information System (WSMIS), Stock Control System (SCS), and Requirements Management System (RMS).

In 2003, EXCEL began managing the Database Administration (DBA) functions for the application systems that operates in the EPA’s National Computer Center (NCC). These systems use ADABAS, SQL, and Oracle DBMS. The applications range from operational support systems to scientific modeling and include Contracts Administration System (CAS), Superfund Cost Recovery Package and Imaging Online System (SCORPIOS), Superfund Document Management System (SDMS), etc.

Most recently, EXCEL completed the development and enhancement of the Compensated Voter Registrar Training System (CVRTS) using SQL in a .NET framework for the Ohio Secretary of State.
