EXCEL led in the development of the network and database management system that supports the Ohio Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS) infrastructure.
Most recently, EXCEL completed the development and enhancement of the Compensated Voter Registrar Training System (CVRTS) using SQL in a .NET framework for the Ohio Secretary of State.
 EXCEL provides database administration support to enterprise server-based applications, including the EPA’s financial systems and Enforcement and Compliance applications. Our team supports the Oracle Transparent Gateway and the Oracle Procedural Gateway allowing Oracle to connect to other databases and invoke transactions on the enterprise server.
EXCEL started the development of the Air Force’s Central Procurement Accounting Systems using DATACOM/DB as the central DBMS for this critical logistics and supply chain management system in 1995. EXCEL subsequently maintained, enhanced, and merged this system with Defense Finance Accounting Services (DFAS) General Accounting and Finance System (GAFS) using Oracle as the central DBMS until 2004. We assisted with the development and implementation for IMCS to convert from a VSAM environment to CA-DATACOM/DB.
EXCEL delivers database field support providing installation/deployment, administration and maintenance for Tire Kingdom/National Tire & Battery’s in store vehicle parts data repository.
