Depending on their business model or processes, customers can choose from two paths of service:
Shared Services	Private Services
Service elements are provided to the customer through EXCEL’s Enterprise Management Center for a fee based on the level of services and number of managed objects.	Service elements are provided to the customer through a custom solution designed and implemented by EXCEL on the customer’s site. This “turn-key” solution can be operated by the customer’s personnel or by EXCEL staff.
