EXCEL’s ENM services are guaranteed and measured under strict service level agreements. Our two primary ENM customers are federal agencies that have zero tolerance for failure; they chose to renew their contracts because of our exemplary performance.

As a part of EXCEL’s management of the Network Control Facility (NCF) that supports the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) national Wide Area Network (WAN), EXCEL played a key role in the implementation of the new Hi-speed Wide Area Information Services (HiWAIS). The HiWAIS network project was a finalist in the National Government Technology Leadership Award (GTLA) Program.
