Our mission is to ensure that customer network and system services are available and increasingly reliable by providing varying levels of network and system monitoring and management. These services range from simple fault management (monitoring and reporting network problems and outages to the customer) to complete configuration management of the customer’s network (from backbone components all the way down to the desktop).
Background
EXCEL Management Systems, Inc., has developed a service product that is based on our extensive experience in IT enterprise management. Our approach offers customers the opportunity to join our shared services solution, which provides significant cost savings and has the same qualities and capabilities as a custom solution. Private, custom solutions are also available, offering customers full autonomy and the ability to change, modify, or revise their solution as they see fit. In either case, EXCEL adheres to strict Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure customer satisfaction.
