EXCEL Management Systems, Inc. is a member of the Northrop Grumman Information Technology Services (ITS) Team.

The Northrop Grumman ITS Team views ITS as a strategic opportunity to partner with the United States Air Force in a vital mission - one that is focused on the interoperability and integration of information and organizations on a global basis. The Northrop Grumman ITS Team is uniquely qualified as an ITS provider; we offer SEI CMM Level 5 and ISO 9002 certifications, premium alliances with all major OEMs to allow for total solutions and extensive team experience with Performance Based/Outsourcing/Seat Management, as well as wide range of skills/geographic presence throughout the team.

ITS allows federal agencies to quickly and easily acquire a broad, all-encompassing range of IT services and associated products, to include providing modern technology support for mission requirements in an innovative, timely and efficient manner.

Using a set of flexible Time and Material (T&M), and Fixed-Price (FP) contracts that are awarded on a best value basis, ITS is open for use by all Department of Defense (DoD) and Civilian federal agencies.

The scope of the ITS work will focus on networks, software, systems (i.e. systems integration), security, engineering, data, training and program management. Northrop Grumman IT, in conjunction with the ITS team, will provide a variety of IT support and services to the Department of Defense. This includes network LAN/WAN management, customer support, software development, software maintenance and customization and engineering.
