Background

EXCEL provided Project Management and Oversight for the HAVA program for the office of the Ohio Secretary of State. On the Voting System Modernization Project EXCEL is responsible for assisting the Secretary with the development, implementation and deployment of the State of Ohio’s new Voting Equipment System. EXCEL provided input and assisted in the development of the Ohio’s Request for Proposal (RFP) for Statewide Voting Systems. EXCEL established a HAVA Program Management Office (PMO) structure.

EXCEL provides the Stock Control and Distribution PMO with technical and logistics support services for the accomplishment of systems engineering and analysis, data analysis, systems maintenance, validation testing, capability maturity model support, business case.
