EXCEL provides Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) services to perform a full-phase IV&V assessment of the Statewide Automated Child Welfare System (SACWIS) on behalf of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS). The objectives of the full-phase IV&V are to:
