Background

EXCEL began providing on-site services to federal and state government agencies in 1989. As the complexity and length of these projects grew, EXCEL developed a deep understanding of the processes for delivering technology in the field. This service was expanded in 2001 to include commercial organizations and has since grown into a nationwide network of certified technicians capable of providing consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective field services across the United States.
