Field IT Services

EXCEL has aggressively moved into the Health IT field with contracts in National Institute of Health (NIH), and Grant support services for American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 funds for health providers for Electronic Health Record systems and IT infrastructure based on EXCEL Application Integration and Field Services. Health Information Technology (HIT)

EXCEL’s ENM services are designed to ensure that customer network and system services are available and increasingly reliable by providing varying levels of network and system monitoring and management. Our services range from simple fault management to complete configuration management of the customer’s network.

Enterprise Network Management (ENM)

EXCEL has staff trained and certified in developing and administering Oracle, DB2, ADABAS, and CA/DATACOM. They interpret, maintain, and manage the Database Management Systems (DBMS) with mission-critical systems for the Air Force and the EPA.

Database Administration and Management

EXCEL has over 21 years of experience in life-cycle system development of large mainframe, client-server, and web-based systems. We follow structured development processes, including those by Software Engineering Institute (SEI). The subject matters of these systems include logistics, financial management, election systems, public safety, and environment management.

Applications Integration, Development, and Deployment

EXCEL has Project Management Institute (PMI) certified project managers on staff, and our approach adheres to the high quality, structured, and repeatable methodologies of PMI. We apply these methods and principles on multiple Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) projects.
